Highly motivated and strong individual with an impressive background in Marketing, Advertising and Sales. Colleen is from Upstate New York and ran her Real Estate Firm for over 10 years. Colleen had been visiting her grandchildren in Klamath Falls for 11 years. Like so many other transplants that have moved into Sunny Klamath Falls Oregon Colleen Loves Oregon and has studied and learned how to be the Klamath Falls Real Estate expert! Colleen enjoys fishing, hunting and camping with her family. She is also a volunteer for the Ducks Unlimited, Sky Lakes Medical Center, HAM radio operator, as well as a member of Klamath Falls CERT Team.

Colleen was born and raised in Saratoga County, N.Y., and grew up loving the country life. When she and her family relocated to Klamath Falls, she knew she was home. Although Colleen has traveled the world and embraced cultural education, she knows the value of the warm memories you make with a home. Colleen started Banking and Real Estate and obtained her GR1, PSA,MRP,SFR and e-PRO. She expanded her education in Negotiations at Harvard, in Massachusetts and gained firsthand knowledge in Commercial Real Estate and International Sales. She became a very successful Broker of her own Real Estate Firm focusing on all aspects of the field; Residential, Commercial, International, Referrals, Foreclosures, 203k, 1031 Tax exchange, Staging, Marketing and much more! 

These 25 years of education and experience drove her to truly understand and harvest the power in Real Estate.
